Oh yes! This class is all about your ‘core’, in other words the strength of your belly, glutes, legs, back, shoulders and arms – so actually your entire body! You’ll be working on stability coming from your intrinsic (deeper) muscle groups, which will help you to move more consciously. This class will also integrate yoga techniques such as breathing and ‘bandhas’ which will help to create a nice balance between strength and flexibility. This will help to prevent injuries and to provide a solid foundation for the other lessons, such as Spicy flow. After this lesson you will definitely feel like you have had a workout, but you will also experience more lightness and ease in your movements.
