Prenatal yoga
Pregnancy yoga is designed to prepare the mind, body and spirit for childbirth. An important facet of this class is understanding the connection to the breath and to your true nature, the great strength within you. Develop opening and strength in the pelvic floor and core; balancing the physical body to prepare for the waves. This practice will close with deep relaxation to connect to the baby and to prepare the baby for the journey too.
