Roots of flow
A basic class with a clear focus on the technique of postures as well as the typical yoga techniques of breathing and ‘bandhas’ which create stability. Our teachers will take more time to thoroughly explain the techniques which means that these lessons go more slowly. This enables you to receive more personal attention which will help you to build, or adjust, your practice in a pleasant and solid way. You will carefully work on strength and flexibility which will help to prepare you for other lessons that we offer.
Level: beginners
