Spicy flow

Get ready to sweat! This class will challenge you to stay focused and ‘in flow’ when the postures become more challenging. You will be building up strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our teachers will work you towards more difficult postures, such as hand balances, deep hip-openers, or back bends. It is always fun to learn postures that are more challenging. Having fun is an important part of this class.
