“I experience great joy in seeing how Ayurveda and Yoga can not only help people get out of balance but also bring them closer to their full potential.”
Ayurveda as a path of life
Originally from the UK, Beatrice began her studies in Ayurveda at the College of Ayurveda in 2018, after a life-changing Panchakarma experience in India.
Driven by a deep desire to further understand this truly holistic healing method, she trained as an Ayurvedic therapist at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico under the guidance of Vasant Lad. There, she also received her Yoga Teacher Training in Ayuryoga.

Research, education & healing
After graduating, Beatrice taught at the Ayurvedic Institute, including Ayuryoga, Marma therapy, Shamana (Ayurvedic manual therapies), and women's health. She also supervised students during their clinical internships.
Beatrice studied Sanskrit with Dr. Anil Biltoo at SOAS in London and Western herbal medicine at the University of Westminster, knowledge that continues to deepen her clinical work today. With a BA in Fine Art, she not only honors the science of medicine but also sees it as an art of living in harmony with her surroundings and the present moment. Her lessons are enriched with beautiful drawings that often speak louder than words.
In addition to her work as a teacher, Beatrice gives Ayurvedic and yoga consultations at Yoga Nature Studio in Maastricht and online, where she supports clients with various health questions and seasonal cleansing.
Beatrice finds great joy in seeing how Ayurveda and Yoga can not only help people get out of balance but also bring them closer to their full, divine potential.
She is currently researching and writing a book on women's health, using Ayurvedic medicine to balance the menstrual cycle and hormones, support fertility, develop pre- and postnatal care, manage the transition to menopause, and treat various conditions of the female reproductive system.
Beatrice gives consultations in English.
