Spicy Flow

Get ready to sweat! Spicy Flow is a dynamic and challenging yoga class that develops strength, focus, and perseverance. The flow intensifies and challenges you to stay present as the poses become more challenging. You'll work towards challenging poses like hand balances, deeper hip openers, and more intense backbends. At the same time, there's still room for fun and curiosity. This class is perfect if you enjoy a challenge and want to discover what's possible when you combine strength with playfulness and mindfulness.
