This workshop wit yoga and mindfulness teacher Selena Starcevic offers a gentle, practical introduction to mindfulness – a way of bringing more awareness, calm, and clarity into everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to shift from mind full to mindful. Through playful exercises, guided practices, and simple tools, you’ll learn how to return to the present moment with more ease and kindness.

My name is Selena. I was born and raised in a small town in Serbia, in a warm home full of love. Studies of Architecture and Digital design brought me to The Netherlands in 2009. This is where I carried on my search for a deeper understanding of what is in the heart of the human’s needs, desires, and ways of communication. My path continued by studying yoga, reiki, meditation and completing an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy coach education. Glow yogastudio in Haarlem was the place where I started following my teacher Daphne Koken and completed 500 hours of Vinyasa yoga training, which also included Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Meditation modules. Next to that, I have also enjoyed a couple of teacher trainings of Prana Vinyasa yoga with Shiva Rea. Now I am following my own need to share what I have learned so far and to continue learning together with you. My favourite thing about being a teacher is the myriad of opportunities to connect with people and to share from my heart something I’m passionate about. I enjoy holding space during a class where everyone can feel safe, at ease and free to be themselves. While we practice together, we get to know and understand ourselves and the whole world better - that is how we create magical moments, which make my heart sing :)
