“I have always been interested in yoga,” Wim reflects. “I wish I had started practicing 40 years earlier.”

Wim is a seasoned teacher with a profound passion for yoga and meditation. His classes are designed to help students connect with their body, heart, and mind, fostering strength, stability, and flexibility—both on the mat and in daily life.

Born in Amsterdam and raised in Zuid-Holland, Wim’s diverse journey has included roles as a dancer, martial arts teacher, HR manager, carpenter, and sculptor. Now residing in the picturesque southern region of Limburg with his wife and dog, Wim continues to embrace new experiences.

While he enjoys the physical challenges of yoga, Wim believes its true power lies in its ability to enhance awareness and nurture personal growth. Yoga, he says, deepens our sensitivity to the needs of the body, mind, and soul.

Having taught yoga for several years, Wim remains a dedicated lifelong student of the practice. “Yoga is an endless journey of discovery,” he says, “and I am grateful to walk this path with others.”
